Anthony Mallory, the principal owner of Dynastride, has been a phenomenal coach and mentor for the past 4 years. I started training with Anthony in 7th grade.

I have loved running since elementary school and my hope is to have a long and successful time in the sport. I wanted to work with a trainer that specifically and holistically focused on running to proactively prevent injuries as well as develop speed and endurance carefully over the long-term so I can excel in the sport through college and beyond.
Since I began working with Dynastride for both strength and conditioning work along with a customized, in-person running plan, I have continued to reach new heights with my running.
I have been a back-to-back Section Champion in cross country as only a freshman and a sophomore, including reaching the podium at California State Championship meet this year.
I have been a California All-State runner the first two years of my high school career and have personal bests of 4:26 in the 1600, 9:22 in the 3200 and 15:42 in the 5K.
Most importantly, I have never experienced an injury that has kept me out of competition and I have been able to successfully train year-round with Anthony as my mentor.

Coach Mallory is focused on providing excellence both from a runner’s world and youth mentorship.
John has been running, working out, and performing strengthening exercises with Coach to help improve his overall times. Coach began working on his body mechanics and conditioning which you don’t see with other coaches.
The running drills and tips that he provided helped John gain the cognizance and impetus to compete at the collegiate level.

I was an avid runner most of my life from high school until my forties. Then injuries and constant pain sidelined me. I tried to recover and rebound on my own with little success. Then in 2019, I started training with Anthony and several months later I ran in my first race in over 15 years.

After several years of running, I was diagnosed with a chronic knee injury called Osteocondritis Dessicans that required micro-fx surgery. Working with Dynastride helped me to eventually fully recover from the surgery.
It was hard work. Anthony’s hands on approach helped me improve my technique and form. His unique, customized training exercises helped me strengthen my legs, hips and core to prevent reinjury.
