Anthony is a certified USA Track and Field coach and certified Personal trainer based in Folsom California.
After over 6 years of working as a personal trainer at Lifetime Fitness, 24-Hour Fitness, and other corporate gyms, Anthony has developed the skill set and passion for helping people with their athletic goals.
Anthony specializes in developing balance, flexibility, endurance, strength, speed and power for people of all skill levels. Whether your skills and goals are entry level or advanced, Anthony can program a customized training plan for your optimized progression.
Anthony competed in track and field in disciplines ranging in the 100m to 10,000 meters while specializing in middle-distance running in high school, college, and at the professional level. Anthony’s distance running program is based off of Olympic coach Scott Simmons and the American Distance Project training style.
Anthony’s personal goals include running a sub-2:30 marathon, a 225 power clean and jerk, maintain single digit body fat % and be a resource for the local running community.
